The partnership paves the way for companies to bring securities onchain as Fairmint’s Observer Node application becomes available through IntellectEU’s Catalyst Package Manager for Canton Network.

Launching Observer Nodes on IntellectEU’s app-store experience means market-data providers, compliance platforms, and analytics companies can access Fairmint’s onchain equity network through a much simpler deployment path. Instead of building and maintaining custom monitoring infrastructure, firms can spin up Observer Nodes, monitor transaction flows, and package the resulting insights for institutional clients across Wall Street, regulatory agencies, and private equity markets.
